Oregon Department of Transportation staff and community partners use iLearnOregon to access both classroom and online training. This page includes information on how to use iLearn, answers to common questions, links to instructions and manuals, and more.
We are currently experiencing issues agency wide with using Internet Explorer to view online iLearn training videos--the browser crashes or gives an error message.
If this happens to you, take the training using Google Chrome, which was recently installed on all agency computers--the shortcut should be on your desktop.
If it doesn't work in Chrome, please do the following:
If you get a warning message from Chrome about the content, ignore it and view the training anyway--this is due to a safety protocol and Computer Support has confirmed that it is not a concern with iLearn training.
Computer Support is currently working to resolve this issue.
You can now set up security questions in your iLearn account that will allow you to reset your iLearn password without having to call anyone for help should you forget it.
Follow these instructions and contact the iLearn Administrator if you need help.
