With hundreds of offices and thousands of employees, the Oregon Department of Transportation presents a challenge to people with questions, concerns or complaints about department operations. The Citizens’ Representative Office is a central point of contact for these citizens.
The Citizens’ Representative Office is staffed by experienced employees who can either answer questions on-the-spot or can tap into a broad range of contacts within ODOT to answer more technical questions. When more-complicated issues require research and response by units within the agency, the Citizens Representative Office makes sure the citizen receives a response within five business days.
