The Governor’s Advisory Committee on DUII will meet at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, July 13 at the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training building, 4190 Aumsville Highway SE in Salem. The agenda includes a discussion on the 2013 legislative session and a request to endorse the proposed 2013 Performance Plan for projects and performance measures on impaired driving and highway safety in general. The committee will also receive reports from liaison agencies.
The Governor’s Advisory Committee on Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants is tasked with helping raise awareness of the dangers of DUII and getting communities more involved in reducing DUII. The group’s meeting is open to the public. Accommodations will be provided to persons with disabilities, and alternate formats of printed material are available upon request. Please call (503) 986-4188 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting (statewide relay 7-1-1).
The next meeting of the GAC-DUII is scheduled for Sept. 14 in Salem.
