The Gresham DMV, located at 2222 E Powell Blvd., will be closed the week of Aug. 13 for repairs to the office building. The office will reopen for business at 8 a.m. Monday, Aug. 20.
In addition, all DMV offices and many other state offices will be closed Friday, Aug. 17, for the statewide mandatory furlough.
DMV recommends that people first check www.OregonDMV.com if they need DMV services. Customers can complete some DMV business online or find out how to prepare and make their visit as efficient as possible. Customers needing to visit a DMV office in person can find office hours and locations at OregonDMV.com.
