The Oregon Transportation Safety Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12, at the Transportation Safety Division, Alsea Conference Room, 4040 Fairview Industrial Drive S.E., in Salem.
The agenda includes an update on the Safe Routes to School Program, a presentation on roadway preservation, reports from agency liaisons such as ACTS Oregon, DMV and the Highways Safety Engineering Committee, and an update from the Transportation Safety Division Administrator.
The OTSC advises the Oregon Transportation Commission and ODOT on issues, policies and programs that affect transportation safety in Oregon. OTSC meetings are open to the public. Accommodations will be provided to persons with disabilities. The next meeting of the OTSC is scheduled for March 12.
