The Oregon Department of Transportation’s award-winning road conditions website continues creating new ways to get critical travel information out to drivers before they head out on the highway. Recently, TripCheck.com added some new cameras:
“Camera count… helps you out.” :17
TripCheck Systems Manager Glen Hammer says many people don’t know about a feature that lets you group cameras together – you can pick up to ten camera views and save as a quick link on the left side of your custom cams page.
While many users say cameras are their favorite part of TripCheck.com, travelers often find the incident alerts and weather conditions valuable. Currently, TripCheck.com boasts 80 real-time weather stations around the state:
“That is the temperature… real time information.”
For road conditions, incident alerts, camera views and other useful information about what’s happening on Oregon’s roads, visit www.TripCheck.com. You’ll find the same up-to-the minute information when you call 5 – 1 – 1.
