SALEM – The Governor’s Advisory Committee on DUII will meet at 9 a.m. on Friday, July 11 at the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training building, 4190 Aumsville Highway SE in Salem. The agenda includes a discussion about the findings of a recent Oregon survey on DUII laws, behaviors and responsibilities, and reports from liaison organizations.
The Governor’s Advisory Committee on Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants is tasked with helping raise awareness of the dangers of DUII and getting communities more involved in reducing DUII. The group’s meeting is open to the public. Accommodations will be provided to persons with disabilities, and alternate formats of printed material are available upon request. The next meeting of the GAC-DUII is scheduled for Aug. 1, 2014 in Salem.
