Leadership: SWACT chair is the chair of the SWACT Steering Committee. The steering committe of 15 members is comprised of representatives from each subgroup as designated by each subgroup:

The steering committee selects the chair, makes final decisions and recommendations for SWACT to the OTC, receives prioritized recommendations from the suubgroups and prioritizes if necessary.
Staffing: ODOT provides staff support.
Work Program: Determined by SWACT Steering Committee and includes education on transportation funding, projects, planning and issues; public involvement process planning; STIP updating; establishing criteria for the selection of STIP projects; coordination with regional community solutions team, and community development work.
Other: SWACT will select and use a technical advisory committee as needed, and include adjoining area commissions on its mailing list and meeting notices.
