Governor's Advisory Committee on DUII to meet

The Governor’s Advisory Committee on DUII will meet from 9 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 5, at the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training Building, 4190 Aumsville Highway SE, in Salem.
 
The agenda includes a report from the Washington Tribal Traffic Safety Summit, an update on the Impaired Driving Program and a report on the Governor's Highway Safety Association Annual Conference held in Portland in September. The committee will also begin discussing potential legislative concepts for 2009. There will also be reports from Driver and Motor Vehicle Services, the Oregon District Attorney’s Association, the Oregon Liquor Control Commission, the Oregon State Marine Board, the Oregon State Police, the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training, and others.
