The Official State Map is available at ODOT offices, chambers of commerce, DMV offices and other locations statewide. ODOT distributes the map at no charge.

The 2005-2007 edition features information about Lewis & Clark commemoration activities, new, larger inset maps of Portland and Bend, and three new scenic byways.
 
The map's cover photo is the Fort to Sea Trail in the state's newest national park, the Lewis & Clark National and State Historical Park.
 
Also pictured is Governor Ted Kulongoski and his dog, Hershey.
 
ODOT's Transportation Safety Division reminds motorists to drive safely through featured messages throughout the map.

Other map features include:
  • Child restraint and helmet law information;
  • Updated index to cities and towns, including current populations;
  • Detailed maps for 20 communities;
  • A mileage table;
  • Snow chain and traction tire requirements; and
  • Important contact information for travelers.
