| Mission Statement |
|
The purpose of labor compliance is to ensure that all construction craft workers and mechanics working on federal and state funded highway projects receive the appropriate prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits.

| Program Objectives |
|

Monitor compliance with prevailing wage requirements
-
Review Certified Payrolls for all federal and state funded highway projects

Investigate disputes, wage related complaints and determine appropriate action
-
Liaison with Federal, State and Labor Organizations
-
Gather information from resolved labor issues and report semiannually to the U.S. Department of Labor
