The state may cut back agency operations or close facilities for hazardous conditions, inclement weather, or other situations.
If a curtailment or closure decision is made before the start of the work day, the official designated in Section (2) of the DAS Policy 60.015.01, Temporary Interruption of Employment, will notify media outlets by 5:00 a.m. Such closures or curtailments do not apply to employees who have been designated as essential personnel.
