IT Management at ODOT
The Information Systems Branch's structure is in alignment with ODOT's divisional structure. ISB is divided along the lines of its business customers and Communities of Interest (COI's) in order to better serve them. ODOT ISB is organized into four distributed sections that provide information technology application development and core technology services. All ODOT Sections are under the central executive leadership of the ODOT Chief Information Officer.

ISB Diversity Action.jpg
ODOT's diversity vision is to transcend ODOT's culture to welcome differences as solutions to achieve public service excellence with a workforce representing the people and communities ODOT serves. ODOT values and practices inclusion in its business strategies and practices. Information Systems Branch has a Diversity Action Team (DAT) to help us foster a diverse work environment. The team includes representatives from each area of Information Systems.
Affirmative Action Policy.  Each year all managers review ODOT’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)/Affirmative Action (AA) policy as well as the American’s with Disabilities (ADA) and Reasonable Accommodation Policy with employees. Additionally, a memo from the Department director is sent to all managers and posted on employee bulletin boards annually affirming the agency’s commitment to EEO and Affirmative Action as well as the Department’s commitment to non-discrimination on the basis of disability and our commitment to providing reasonable accommodations.
We strive for:
• An organization reflecting the population of Oregon and the customers we serve
• A culturally sensitive and competent workforce.
• An inclusive work environment that reflects collaboration and inclusive communication
• Clarity and acceptance among IS staff that ODOT values and practices inclusion in its business strategies and practices.
