Go Oregon State Stimulus Plan Creating Jobs for Oregonians
The "Go Oregon" state stimulus plan authorizes $175 million in bonding to fund projects to address deferred maintenance projects across the state including needed repairs to transportation infrastructure, schools and colleges. These projects will create jobs for Oregonians at a time when the unemployment rate continues to climb.

Projects for the Oregon Department of Transportation account for almost $4 million in "Go Oregon" funding. More than 100 ODOT projects will be let for bid in every region of state. The majority of the projects are small, under $50,000 and will go through a streamlined small contracting process. Several of the projects are over $50,000 and will be advertised through the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) Web site.

Visit the ODOT Procurement Office "Go Oregon" page for more information on ODOT and the "Go Oregon" plan, including a current list of ODOT projects.
Required State Office Closures
Due to budgetary restrictions brought on by the current recession, the Oregon Legislature is requiring mandatory closure of state offices on selected days over the next biennium. These closures affect all ODOT non-emergency offices and facilities including the ODOT Procurement Office. See below for a list of office closure days or go to the oregon.gov furlough information page for more information.
