Region 2 Preliminary Engineering Outsourced Report

Region 2 has created a report that identifies upcoming Statewide Transportation Improvement Program projects that are planned to be outsourced for design.  The report is updated daily and lists both state and local projects that are estimated to start within the next six months and will stay on the report for three months after the start date shown next to each project.  For questions about an individual project, please contact the region.

Certification Programs
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification is for firms seeking contracting opportunities with recipients of federal transportation-related projects. The eligibility criteria is based on US DOT regulations, 49 CFR 26.
Construction Contracts, Personal & Professional Services
Emerging Small Business (ESB) certification is for Oregon small businesses seeking contracting opportunities on projects specifically designated for ESB participation. This program is race and gender neutral and has two tiers. Eligibility requirements apply. See website for more info.

Minority and Women-Owned Business Certification
Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) certifications are for firms seeking contracting opportunities with state, county, city and special jurisdictions. The eligibility criteria are based on Oregon Administrative Rule 123-200.
Legislation passed during the 2015 session that created a new Service Disabled Veteran Certification effective January 1, 2016. If interested, contact the COBID office to be placed on a notification list.
