| ODOT has a long-standing commitment to performance management. The program has its roots in efforts that began in 1988. ODOT sought a method to understand the efficiency and effectiveness of its programs that led initially to a pilot within the agency. Annual Performance Progress Reports have been used for the last four years to track the Key Performance Measures that are reviewed by the Legislature as part of the budgeting process. | |
