- Business Services Section provides management, protection and preservation of the department's information through a variety of services pertaining to policies and procedures, telephone directories, records and forms management, library, files, graphic design, photo & video services.
- Fleet Services Section provides management of the ODOT fleet, manufactures, inventories and delivers the supplies ODOT uses through sign manufacturing, storeroom operations and transport services.
- Purchasing & Contract Management Section provides contracting services for the supply, trade and personal services, and maintenance contracts utilized by all ODOT business lines in performance of the department's business functions.
