Participants in the “DBE Contract Administration and Compliance” training will learn how to:  recognize potential issues;  verify eligibility criteria;  set project goals;  verify commitments and assure that good faith efforts are adequately documented in contract bids;  review CUFs for sufficient documentation to assure commercially useful function;  and assure prompt contract payment and retainage.
