| Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program |
|
The purpose of this training is to give the participant an understanding of how to comply with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements. People who participate in this will be able to:
- Explain DBE required specifications.
- Conduct and apply workforce analysis.
- Manage changes to DBE commitments.
Topics covered during this training are DBE Goal Setting Methodology, Counting Crediting DBE Participation and Emerging Issues in DBECUF Reviews 1273 Requirements.
This is a full day training class. Locations and dates for the training: Clackamas County on May 11th; Oregon State University on May 14th. Cost of Training - No Fee

| Federal Title VI |
|
Federal Title VI training covers the requirements of Title VI for Federal Compliance. People who participate in this will be able to:
- Explain FHWA Title VI compliance requirements.
- Integrate Title VI provisions into their programs.
- Fulfill FHWA required training goals for recipients and sub recipients.
- Ensure the public that is served receives Title VI benefits.
- Response to Title VI complaints.
Topics covered during this training include Title VI Legal Background, Public Participation - Access And Outreach, Disparate Treatment And Disparate Impact, Environmental Justice and Limited English Proficiency.
This is a full day training class. Locations and dates for the training: Clackamas County on May 12th; Oregon State University on May 15th. Cost of Training - No Fee
