  • Use DMV2U to make an appointment at this office. 
  • You can change or cancel your appointment. 
  • If appointments are full, check back after 5pm on Mondays.

Inclement Weather

Mailed-In

All mailed-in transactions should be sent to DMV Headquarters.  Please do not send them to this office.

Note: DMV offices are closed for Statewide Holidays.



Drive tests are given by appointment only. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call the office number above.

You must show proof of insurance before a drive test. You can use:

  • A valid insurance card;
  • A current vehicle liability insurance policy or binder; or
  • A DMV Certificate of Self-Insurance showing you as the owner of the vehicle.


Note:
If there is inclement weather, drive tests may be cancelled or traction devices may be required. Please confirm your drive test by calling the office.

  • From I-5 N to Eugene
  • Take Exit 195B and merge onto Randy Pape Beltline W/OR Hwy 569
  • Take the exit to Delta Hwy/Valley River Center
  • Turn LEFT onto N Delta Hwy 
  • Take the exit to Valley River Center
  • Turn RIGHT onto Valley River Dr
  • Turn LEFT onto Goodpasture Island Rd
  • Turn RIGHT onto Valley River Center (at the sign pointing to DMV)
  • DMV is on the right

  • From I-5 S to Eugene
  • Take Exit 195 and merge onto Randy Pape Beltline W/OR Hwy 569
  • Take the exit to N Delta Hwy and turn LEFT onto N Delta Hwy 
  • Take the exit to Valley River Center
  • Turn RIGHT onto Valley River Dr
  • Turn LEFT onto Goodpasture Island Rd
  • Turn RIGHT onto Valley River Center (at the sign pointing to DMV)
  • DMV is on the right 
Going East
  • From OR 126 E to Eugene
  • Turn LEFT onto to Randy Pape Beltline E/OR-569
  • Take the exit to Delta Hwy and stay right to merge onto Delta Hwy
  • Take the exit to Valley River Center
  • Turn RIGHT onto Valley River Dr
  • Turn LEFT onto Goodpasture Island Rd
  • Turn RIGHT onto Valley River Center (at the sign pointing to DMV)
  • DMV is on the right
Going West
  • From OR 126 W/I-105 W to Eugene
  • Take Exit 1 to Delta Hwy to Beltline Hwy 
  • Take the exit to Valley River Center staying to the RIGHT to merge onto Valley River Dr 
  • Continue straight through the intersection at Valley River Way
  • Turn LEFT onto Goodpasture Island Rd
  • Turn RIGHT onto Valley River Center (at the sign pointing to DMV)
  • DMV is on the right

This office accepts cash, checks, debit cards, mobile payments, Discover, Master Card and Visa for payment.​
