You are entitled to an Implied Consent Hearing if you have received a notice of intent to suspend from a police officer acting under Oregon's Implied Consent Law, following arrest for driving under the influence of intoxicants. To request an Implied Consent Hearing, you must do so in the manner and within the time frame allowed in the notice of intent to suspend.

An Implied Consent Hearing is an administrative proceeding conducted by an Administrative Law Judge of the Office of Administrative Hearings. The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether the suspension is valid under all applicable statutes and administrative rules.

Requests received after business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and mandated closures) will be considered received on the next business day.
