Gresham DMV closed until further notice

Customers can find alternate offices at OregonDMV.com
 
The Gresham DMV office is closed until further notice as DMV assesses damage from a weekend fire in the building where the office is located.
 
The office, located at 2222 E Powell Blvd., received smoke and possibly other damage in the fire early Saturday morning. While the Gresham office is closed, DMV staff are reassigned to nearby Portland-area DMV offices.
 
DMV recommends that people first check http://www.oregondmv.com/ before they visit an office in person. Customers can complete some DMV business online or find out how to prepare and make their visit as efficient as possible.
 
Gresham-area customers who need to visit a DMV office in person must use an alternate location, such as Gladstone, Sandy or Southeast Portland. Customers can find office hours and locations for all DMV offices at OregonDMV.com.
