Description
DMV offers non-profit group license plates for your passenger vehicle.

Additional fees associated with group plates are due at original issuance for all those listed in the section below, and at each renewal period for all except the Share the Road group plate. The additional fees for this plate are due only at issuance, i.e., no additional fees at each renewal.

The additional fees pay for the processing and issuance of the plates, with the remainder of the proceeds going to the sponsoring non-profit group.

If you are interested in changing your plates to one of the group plates below, see our page on changing your plates. These plates are not available in custom (vanity or personalized) configurations.

Note About Fees
Your total registration fees depend upon many factors. The fees listed above only represent the additional fees required for the group plates themselves and do not include all of the applicable registration fees. For more information on vehicle registration and the associated fees, see our registration page, registration renewal page and/or vehicle fees page.
