Will I be required to submit proof to DMV that I am an Oregon  resident?
You may be required to submit proof. If you are in the military, you may provide a military payroll/wage statement (Leave Earning Statement) showing Oregon as your legal residence.
I have my mail forwarded to me by a mail forwarding service provider. Can I provide DMV with their address?
You may use the address of a mail forwarding service provider as your mailing address. However, you are required to provide DMV your residence address. This address should be where you physically reside.
