This page provides a list of the most commonly requested transaction types and their related fees.
Citizen or Permanent U.S. Residents: Oregon Driver Licenses and Identification Cards are valid for an 8 year period. The length of permits and endorsements varies.
Temporary Residents: A temporary resident qualifies for a limited term issuance. The expiration date for a limited term card is based on the cardholder's authorized length of stay in the U.S. If the length of stay is indefinite, the card will be valid for a one-year period. Please refer to the section below for Limited Term fees.

If you bring a single check for payment of all fees and fail your test, the DMV office cannot give you an immediate refund.
