The Clackamas Promenade DMV is closed because of health and safety issues.
The office will remain closed indefinitely until water damage is repaired. DMV will assign staff to other nearby offices. There is no estimate on when the office will reopen.
Water damage to the floor and walls was found inside the building. Mold from water intrusion can weaken a structure and cause respiratory and allergic reactions. The building is leased from a private party for DMV use.

DMV recommends that all customers check www.OregonDMV.com before they go to a DMV office in case they may be able to do their business online or to find out how best to prepare for an office visit.
