PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the added costs of merchant fees, DMV offices only accept cash or checks and do not accept credit or debit cards; however this office does offer an ATM in the lobby for your convenience.
CLOSURE NOTICE: Due to statewide cost saving measures, all DMV facilities will be closed on the following days: 10/16/09, 11/27/09, 3/19/10, 4/16/10, 6/18/10, 8/20/10, 9/17/10, 11/26/10, 3/18/11, 5/20/11.
SERVICE NOTICE: Effective December 14, 2009 this office will no longer be conducting commercial driver license or motorcycle skills testing.

Going North/South
- From North or Southbound OR-97, take Exit 138.
- At the end of either off-ramp, turn RIGHT (West) on Colorado Ave (OR-97/Scott St).
- Colorado Ave will become bi-directional and curve Southward.
- Continue on Colorado Ave across the river, and a few more blocks beyond.
- Turn RIGHT (West) onto Simpson Ave, at the European (circular) intersection.
- Travel 2 blocks on Simpson Ave.
- Turn LEFT (South) on Columbia Rd.
- Travel 1 block on Columbia Rd.
- Turn RIGHT on Emkay Dr.
- The DMV office will be on the Right-hand side of Emkay Dr, before you reach the next intersection.
Going East/West
- From East or Westbound OR-372, turn North on Emkay Dr.
- Veer to the RIGHT at Donovan Ave to continue on Emkay Dr.
- The DMV office will be on the Left-hand side of Emkay Dr, about a block beyond Donovan Dr.
