Your customer number must be called by 11:30 AM in order to take the test before the lunch hour.
Your customer number must be called by 4:00 PM in order to take the test before the office closes.
Note: No one is allowed to accompany a customer into the testing area while a knowledge test is being taken except for interpreters.

- Travel 2 blocks West on Lister St.
- Turn RIGHT (North) on Kerby Ave.
- Travel about 1.5 blocks North on Kerby Ave.
- The DMV office will be on the Right-hand side of Kerby Ave in the Illinois Valley Safe House Alliance building, just before you reach River St.
Going South
- From Southbound Redwood Highway (OR-199), turn RIGHT (West) on River St.
- Turn LEFT (South) on Kerby Ave.
- DMV is on the Left-hand side of Kerby Ave in the Illinois Valley Safe House Alliance building, just South of River St.
Going West
- From Westbound Caves Highway (OR-46), turn RIGHT (North) on Redwood Highway (OR-199).
- Travel North on OR-199 for about 3 blocks.
- Turn LEFT (West) on Lister St (at the traffic signal).
- Travel 2 blocks West on Lister St.
- Turn RIGHT (North) on Kerby Ave.
- Travel about 1.5 blocks North on Kerby Ave.
