Going North/South on I-5
- From North or Southbound I-5, take the Corvallis/OR-34 exit (Exit 228).
- At the end of the off-ramp, go West on the Corvallis Lebanon Hwy (OR-34/OR-210).
- Travel WEST on the Corvallis Lebanon Hwy (OR-34/OR-210) for several miles.
- Just before the river, turn LEFT (South) onto the State Highway 34 Bypass.
- Travel South on the State Highway 34 Bypass across the river.
- Once over the river, take the Junction City/South Corvallis Exit, which will place you on Southbound 3rd St (OR-99W).
- Travel SOUTH on 3rd St for about 2 miles.
- Turn RIGHT (West) on McKenzie Ave (at the sign for Corvallis Industrial Park).
- The DMV office is at the end of McKenzie Ave on Deschutes St (McKenzie Ave dead-ends at Deschutes St).
Going North/South on OR-99W
- From North or Southbound OR-99W, turn WEST on McKenzie Avenue (at the sign for Corvallis Industrial Park).
- The DMV office is at the end of McKenzie Ave on Deschutes St (McKenzie Ave dead-ends at Deschutes St).
