- From the Southbound Santiam Highway (OR-20), turn RIGHT (West) on Walker Rd (a.k.a. Dewey St in some areas).
- Continue West on Walker Rd for about a block.
- Turn RIGHT (North) on 2nd St.
- Continue North on 2nd St for about a block.
- Look for the DMV office on the Right-hand side of 2nd St, just North of Wassom St.
- Limited or no parking is available for oversize vehicles or vehicle combinations.
Going North (from Sweet Home)
- From the Northbound Santiam Highway (OR-20), turn LEFT (West) on Walker Rd (a.k.a. Dewey St in some areas).
- Continue West on Walker Rd for about a block.
- Turn RIGHT (North) on 2nd St.
- Continue North on 2nd St for about a block.
- Look for the DMV office on the Right-hand side of 2nd St, just North of Wassom St.

Going East (from Corvallis/I-5)
- From Eastbound OR-34, turn RIGHT (South) on the Santiam Highway (OR-20).
- Continue South on the Santiam Highway (OR-20) through Lebanon.
- Turn RIGHT (West) on Walker Rd (a.k.a. Dewey St in some areas).
- Continue West on Walker Rd for about a block.
- Turn RIGHT (North) on 2nd St.
- Continue North on 2nd St for about a block.
- Look for the DMV office on the Right-hand side of 2nd St, just North of Wassom St.
