Your customer number must be called by 11:30 AM prior to lunch or 4:00 PM prior to closure in order to take the test.
Note: No one is allowed to accompany a customer into the testing area while a knowledge test is being taken except for interpreters

Drive tests are by appointment only. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call (541) 994-9655.
Note: If there is inclement weather, drive tests may be cancelled or traction devices may be required. Please check the Special Notices or confirm your drive test by calling the phone number above.

Going North/South
- From OR-101 North or Southbound, turn towards the ocean on Devils Lake Blvd (the traffic signal just West of the golf course).
- The DMV office is located in a building complex on the Right-hand side of Devils Lake Blvd between OR-101 and 45th St.
- Limited or no parking is available for oversized vehicles or vehicle combinations.
Going West
- Travel West on the Salmon River Hwy (OR-18).
- OR-18 ends at OR-101.
- Take OR-101 South toward Lincoln City.
- Turn RIGHT on Devils Lake Blvd (the first traffic signal past the golf course as you come into town).
- The DMV office is located in a building complex on the Right-hand side of Devils Lake Blvd between OR-101 and 45th St.
- Limited or no parking is available for oversized vehicles or vehicle combinations.
Going East
- Travel East on 36th Dr.
- Turn LEFT on Devils Lake Rd (36th Dr dead-ends at Devils Lake Rd).
- Continue North on Devils Lake Rd across OR-101, the road becomes Devils Lake Blvd.
- The DMV office is located in a building complex on the Right-hand side of Devils Lake Blvd between OR-101 and 45th St.
- Limited or no parking is available for oversized vehicles or vehicle combinations.
