- From Southbound I-5, take the Glenwood Blvd exit (Exit 191).
- The off-ramp will turn to the RIGHT and end at Glenwood Dr.
- Turn RIGHT (West) on Glenwood Dr and continue for about a block.
- Turn RIGHT (North) on Glenwood Blvd.
- Continue North on Glenwood Blvd until it dead-ends at Franklin Blvd (OR-126).
- Turn RIGHT (East) on Franklin Blvd (OR-126).
- Continue East on Franklin Blvd (OR-126) for about 7 blocks, past Brooklyn St.
- Continue straight (East) onto A St (OR-126) as Franklin Blvd curves sharply South.
- Continue East on A St (OR-126) across the river, then about 16 more blocks.
- Eastbound A St (OR-126) then merges into Main St (OR-126), between 19th St and 20th St.
- Continue East on Main St (OR-126) for about 7 blocks, past 28th St and then over the railroad tracks.
- Turn LEFT (North) on 30th St, and continue for about a block.
- The DMV office is located on the Left-hand side of 30th St, next to the Goodwill Store.

- Continue West on Main St (OR-126) for about 9 blocks.
- Turn RIGHT (North) on 30th St, and continue for about a block.
- The DMV office is located on the Left-hand side of 30th St, next to the Goodwill Store.
