DMV Offices Offering Motorcycle Skills Tests
This page provides information about DMV offices that offer motorcycle skills tests. Click on an office location name below for more detailed information.
Important Considerations
Motorcycle endorsement applicants must successfully complete Team Oregon training, which waives the DMV motorcycle skills test. DMV has discontinued their motorcycle skills testing, except for 3-wheeled motorcycles and mopeds, which are currently not offered through Team Oregon.
You can check wait times for many DMV offices. Only locations equipped with automated wait time systems are reported.
Office hours, parking restrictions and other logistics vary by location, so please be sure to visit the specific page of interest. Be advised that DMV offices are closed for statewide holidays.
As of July 2, 2012, there are no DMV offices open on weekends. Some DMV offices have non-standard hours or are only open on certain days of the week. Please check the office Web page before heading out to be sure that it is open on the day and time that you want to visit.

During inclement weather, you should call the DMV office you intend to visit before heading out to make sure that the location is able to open for business and to provide the specific services you need (including scheduled drive tests). DMV resources may be unable to get into work to update the Web information.

All DMV offices accept cash or checks and will be able to accept debit and credit cards for payment by the end of 2016. Certain DMV offices are already able to take debit and credit card payments. ATMs are available at most offices.
Phone calls for many offices are routed to a central customer service site vs. the actual office location.
Mail transactions should be sent to DMV Headquarters, not individual office locations.

Reasonable Accommodations
For Customers with Disabilities
DMV serves customers who qualify for Oregon driver and vehicle services without regard to mental or physical disability, race, gender, age, national origin, religion or other classes of protection required by law and ordinance. If you need any special accommodations because of a disability so that you can obtain DMV services, please contact DMV by calling your local DMV office phone number, by calling (503) 299-9999 in the Portland metro area, or by statewide relay 7-1-1 for deaf and hard of hearing access.
