With the passage of House Bill 2017, Keep Oregon Moving, the Oregon Legislature made a significant in transportation to help further the things that Oregonians value - a vibrant economy with good jobs, strong communities with a good quality of life, a clean environment, and safe, healthy people. Oregon State Fuel Tax Increase, effective January 1, 2018
Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax increases from $0.30 to $0.34 per gallon
Use Fuel Tax increases from $0.30 to $0.34 per gallon
Propane and Natural Gas Flat Fee increases for qualified vehicles
Rate 1 - from $150.00 to $170.00
Rate 2 - from $750.00 to $850.00
Rate 3 - from $1,000.00 to $1,133.33
Local Fuel Tax Increases, effective January 1, 2018
City of Troutdale Fuel Tax increases from $0.02 to $0.03 per gallon.
