Clyde Saiki, ODOT’s Deputy Director for Central Services, has temporarily moved over to the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) to serve as the State of Oregon Chief Human Resources Officer. Michael Jordan, the state’s Chief Operating Officer, is currently recruiting a permanent HR chief for the state, and Jordan approached ODOT about loaning Saiki to DAS for approximately 8 to 10 months while this hiring process is underway.
Lisa Martinez will temporarily take on the role of Administrator for Central Services, assuming most of the job’s day-to-day operational duties.
