Flexible Funds Program grant opportunity announced
 ODOT has opened the application period for the Flexible Funds Program, making available $21 million in federal funding for non-highway transportation projects. The Flexible Funds program, created by the Oregon Transportation Commission in 2010, funds bicycle, pedestrian, transit and Transportation Demand Management (TDM) projects, plans, programs and services.
Last year ODOT received 125 applications for project funding totaling in excess of $80 million. Twenty-eight projects valued at $20 million received funding.
This year's application cycle opened on September 1st. Applications are due on or before October 20th.
