Review Feeback Instructions

You have several options when submitting your comments to our office.  Your may do any of the following.

1) Enter your comments on the comment form.  There is a specific comment form for each document.  If you are commenting on a document that has line numbers, it is helpful to use the numbers to indicate the part of the document you are referring to.

 

2) Make revisions to the document itself.  To do this, save a working copy of the document to your computer by selecting "Save As" under "FILE".  Save your suggested revisions to the document by using "Track Changes" or some other means of highlighting your comments.  Once completed, email the edited copy to the Access Management Mailbox for review.  You do not need to send a comment form if you use this method of commenting.
 
3) Call Harold Lasley to discuss particular issues at 503-986-4216. You  still need to submit written comments as follow up if you want your comments to be documented for the record.
