ODOT Construction Forms

Welcome to the Oregon Department of Transportation's Construction Forms web page. This page is meant to be a comprehensive list of all forms that could be used during the construction of ODOT projects.

Qualified Products

The Structure Services Unit is responsible for evaluating various products to determine if they meet ODOT's specifications for use on construction projects. The results are published semi-annually in the QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST or "QPL."

2014-2015 Training

Registration for the 2014-2015 training season is open. This year all registrations will be done through the State of Oregon's iLearn program. You can access the iLearn system at https://ilearn.oregon.gov. Instructions for creating accounts both for State Employees and non-State employees are included on the login page.
To assist with registering for appropriate classes, the following document has been prepared which outlines the schedule of classes and corresponding costs for each class. Click on this link to view the document.
