Welcome to the Oregon Department of Transportation's Construction Forms web page. This page is meant to be a comprehensive list of all forms that could be used during the construction of ODOT projects.


Qualified Products

The Structure Services Unit is responsible for evaluating various products to determine if they meet ODOT's specifications for use on construction projects. The results are published semi-annually in the QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST or "QPL."

2016-2017 Construction Training

Registration for the 2016-2017 ODOT Construction Training season is now open. To register for classes, a new webpage has been prepared which outlines the schedule and corresponding costs. Links to iLearn have been provided for each course. Information about all of our Construction Training courses is available at this webpage. You can find this page at Construction Training.
All registrations will be done through the State of Oregon's iLearn program. You can access the iLearn system at https://ilearn.oregon.gov. If you do not already have an account on iLearn, instructions for creating a new account are included on the login page. Accounts can be created for State Employees or non-State employees. Each individual must fill out his/her own account information and create a password.
