Opening PowerPoint® Presentations
The Problem

Customers are often frustrated when they unsuccessfully try to open PowerPoint® Presentations using their web browser.  A web browser will open the first slide, but is unable to advance through the slideshow presentation.  These presentations are designed to function within the Microsoft PowerPoint® program.

If you have particular questions, please contact the web editor for this site.
