CAD Message Broker

Descripton

The main purpose of the message broker is to provide computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system interoperability and an interface between the dispatch centers in the Central WIllamette Valley, adjacent counties, ODOT, and OSP. This message broker will be a push only system that allows information to flow from one agency to other pre-designated agencies depending on the information type. Subscribers will not be able to extract information from the broker.
