The Linn-Benton Loop is a regional fixed transit route (defined as a commuter route by the Federal Transit Administration) that provides transfer points with the Albany Transit System, Corvallis Transit System, OSU Shuttle, and Linn Shuttle. Although the Linn-Benton Loop is not governed by a legal structure, there is an advisory committee and funding is provided by the City of Albany, the City of Corvallis, Linn County, Benton County, ODOT, OSU, and LBCC.
