ODOT Design-Build and Advanced Contracting are a part of the Major Projects Branch. Both processes will assist the Major Projects Branch in its support of major investment projects.
Major Projects Branch will continue to lead the development of the Design-Build program, as well as the development of additional alternative delivery methods such as:
- Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC)
- Design-Build Lite (Best Value)
- Design-Build Lite (Low-Bid)
