Welcome to the Office of Project-Letting
Flowing Creek
The Office of Project Letting is a unit of the Technical Services Traffic-Roadway Section, and contains several functions: Specifications, Estimating, Pre-Letting, Quality Assurance for Design, as well as other staff including Administrative, Technical Services Web Master and Trans*Port Administration.

The main purpose of the Office of Project-Letting is to develop and operate a system to effectively receive PS&E submittals, perform a high level "fatal flaw" review, facilitate corrections, prepare the public advertisement, manage the addenda, and then hand off the project for contracting by ODOT Procurement - Construction.

OPL & OPO-Construction Office Closures
In light of the state's budget constraints, our employees will be on mandatory unpaid leave. OPL and OPO-Construction team will be observing fixed closure days outlined on the web page linked below. New Manuals Available
OPL has now published our first Estimating Manual as well as the new Specifications and Writing Style Manual. The 2009 edition of the PS&E Delivery Manual (formally A Users Guide to PS&E) and the next update of the Final PS&E Submittal Checklist will also be published this week. You can find all of these documents on the OPL web page link below.
