  • Welcome to the Office of Project-Letting
    Flowing Creek
    The Office of Project Letting is a unit of the Technical Services Traffic-Roadway Section, and contains several functions: Specifications, Estimating, Pre-Letting, Quality Assurance for Design, as well as other staff including the Trns•Port Administrator.

    The main purpose of the Office of Project-Letting is to develop and operate a system to effectively receive PS&E submittals, perform a high level "fatal flaw" review, facilitate corrections, prepare the public advertisement, manage the addenda, and then hand off the project for contracting by ODOT Procurement - Construction.

Changes to the Project-Specific Special Provisions Process
The Project-Specific Special Provision review and approval process has changed! Effective August 16, 2012, Technical Bulletin TSB09-02(B) was rescinded and replaced by TSB12-01(B). The new Technical Bulletin rescinds the formal PSSP process and removes the requirement for submittal of the PSSP form as part of the PS&E Submittal package.
