 The Office of Project Letting provides the following services:
- Prepares PS&E packages for printing and advertisement
- Reviews PS&E packages for readiness to proceed to bid
- Provides training & advice on getting design projects to bid
- Maintains the Bid Schedule and 13-month lock in dates
- Tracks and distributes approved Design Exceptions, Anticipated Item letters, Public Interest Findings, and PD-02 exception letters
