In light of the state’s budget constraints our employees will be on mandatory unpaid leave. OPL and OPO-Construction team will be observing the fixed closure days and will be closed the following days:

| Scheduling Impacts |

All submittals (for example Addendas) will be due 1 day earlier than the standard deadline to be processed and posted prior to the weekend. Standard deadlines that typically fall on a closure Friday will move 1 day back to Thursday (for example deadlines for projects completing PD-02 exception items for the following week's advertisement breaking or bid opening) .
In the post bid phase, there will be at least 1 day delays in the analysis and recommendation to award (and perhaps more time than that in high volume times). Projects bidding in the 2 weeks prior to Thanksgiving will experience a 1 week + delay in analysis given the furlough (day off + restriction in hours that week), holiday, and bid volume. The delays will be unavoidable but we will make efforts where possible to reduce the delays.
