Each Bridge Information Sheet (BIS) provides summary information for an individual bridge in the OTIA III State Bridge Delivery Program. The BIS includes the bridge name and number, the general location of the bridge, bridge site information (year constructed, features crossed by the bridge, etc.), and a list of potential environmental concerns at this site.
Bridge Information Sheets are for informational purposes only; they were not prepared for legal, engineering, or surveying purposes.
