The mission of PDU is to provide strategic project and program management leadership and support tailored to ensure alignment with ODOT’s overall project delivery goals, improve delivery and business management processes, and provide resources with the systems, tools, and skills needed for the successful delivery of projects.
To accomplish our mission, we strive to:
- Promote efficient project delivery statewide
- Provide project and program management customer service and support to Regions
- Support Leadership Teams, business line groups, and ODOT managers in project delivery decision-making, strategizing and implementation
