Area Manager Team (AMT)

Click for larger view of area map.The Area Manager Team (AMT) operates as a standing sub-team of the Project Delivery Leadership Team (PDLT).  The AMT has decision authority for the development and implementation of internal procedural issues related to scope, schedule and budget within project delivery and serves as a focal point for project management and delivery issue resolution, internal and external engagement with Area Commissions on Transportation or Regional Economic Revitalization Teams, and other issues of statewide significance pertaining to the efficient delivery of projects.
 
The AMT coordinates with various other statewide leadership teams as needed, including the Construction Leadership, Technical Leadership Team, Planning Business Line, and Maintenance Leadership Teams, and provides leadership, guidance and direction to the statewide business line groups.
 
The AMT generally meets the fourth Thursday of each month.
