Business Line Groups & Leadership Teams
Overview

The "Project Delivery Business Line" refers to those responsible for the leadership/management of projects.  The project delivery business line is integral to the success of ODOT project delivery.  Regions rely on area managers, technical center managers, project leaders, consultant project managers, and construction project managers to provide the operational leadership, accountability and direction necessary to deliver a quality program.

ODOT engages in participatory decision-making through a variety of leadership teams that establish direction, set policy, provide guidance, resolve issues, improve processes, and review performance at a statewide level.  The Project Delivery decision-making structure consists of several leadership teams and business line groups.  Each team operates with a clear charter and annual work plan.
